With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, my journey in pest control began with weekend work before moving full-time in 2004.

Since then, I’ve worked across a wide range of environments from the Sunshine Coast to Ballina and finally Gympie — gaining deep, practical knowledge of pest behaviour, treatment methods, and the unique challenges each region presents.

In 2017, Gympie Termite and Pest was born, built on a passionate commitment of reliable, and old-fashioned service that people can genuinely trust. I take pride in delivering thorough, honest work and treating every home as if it were my own.

When I’m not tackling termites or keeping the bugs at bay, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends enjoying the great outdoors.

Operator

Andrew initially entered the pest control industry to support his studies toward a Counselling degree. However, after discovering a genuine passion for the work, he decided to make it his full-time career. Now with over seven years of hands-on experience, Andrew’s technical expertise is strongly complemented by his background in landscaping, horticulture, and rural land management.

Having served clients across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and the Gympie regions, he brings a deep understanding of diverse environments, allowing him to deliver tailored, effective pest management solutions for every individual property.

And when his not out on the job, you’ll usually find him on his mini farm, pottering around the garden or hanging out with his animals.
